- Can I switch tiers or cancel?

- How does store connection work and is it safe?
- On Growth and above, you connect your store via Shopify OAuth — exactly the same flow as installing any Shopify app. We only request the scopes needed to read product/page content and apply fixes you explicitly approve. We never store passwords and you can revoke access from your Shopify admin in one click.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your scans remain readable for 90 days after cancellation so you can export or PDF anything you need. After 90 days the raw scan content is deleted. Account-level email and billing records are retained for tax compliance only.
